Vegan Brownies

Easy Vegan Brownies

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F

Dry Ingredients: 2 cups unbleached all purpose flour, 2 cups white sugar, 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon salt
Directions: In a large bowl, stir together dry ingredients

Wet Ingredients: 1 cup water, 1 cup vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions: Pour in water, vegetable oil & vanilla extract and mix with dry ingredients
 Directions: Spread evenly in baking pan, bake for 25-30 minutes

Directions: Let cool for 10 minutes and enjoy. I topped mine with a scoop of praline ice cream and a candied pecan, because after licking the bowl, spoon and whisk clean why not throw on some extra poundage and sugar?

No, I am not vegan, I'm pescatarian. However, when you're low on eggs and milk, a vegan recipe is the way to go. I assure you that these taste just as good, if not better, than a traditional brownie. They were so simple to make and a delight to eat! A must try.
